Introduction

College of Internet Distance Education was established by the Board of Trustees of Assumption University in the year 2002. It is the first educational institution in Thailand to offer Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral Accredited Degrees through the Internet and provide one-stop services for worldwide e-education.

Entry Requirements

•	Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
•	Pass the English aptitude test (can be exempted for native English speakers or with TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0) and the Computer aptitude test.

Learning Activities

The program is offered in eLearning. All course and lecture materials are accessible through Internet. Students are equipped with web-based collaboration tools, chat rooms, webboards, online tutorials, etc. Instructors are provided to facilitate students in their learning in every course. Classroom sessions and activities are organized occasionally for interested students.

Typical assessment techniques include assignments, quizzes, presentations, projects, and final examinations. Midterm and final examinations are organized in proctored facilities at the university campus or remote test centers.
